	Jan. 1998– Aug. 1998 Softdisk Internet Services Shreveport, La Internet Technician and Basic Web Designer § Kept the technical support web page updated. § Actively help customers solve computer problems. § Conducted an extensive amount of technical troubleshooting. § Wrote technical documentation for procedures in technical support. § Fixed and maintained in-house and customer computers.
	Oct. 1996– Nov. 1997 ICON Industrial Controls Shreveport, La Network/Internet Technician and Junior Pro-Engineering CAD designer § Created two complete web pages for the company. § Solved many network and Internet technical problems. § Personally helped customers with their computers. § Received some training for Pro-Engineering CAD. § Wrote technical documentation for software use.
Education	1998-2001 Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, La § Transferred to Louisiana Tech University to finish my BS in Mechanical Engineering. § Graduated February 2001 with BS in Mechanical Engineering. 1995–1998 Louisiana State University in Shreveport, La § Three years toward a Mechanical Engineering degree. § Completed all basic courses.
Interests	Computer graphics and design, new technologies, robotics, computer hardware, computer games, and artificial intelligence. I am studying Mechanical Engineering, and enjoy working with robotics and artificial intelligence technologies or design. I learn new things quickly and can adapt to many different job environments.
